The elephant in the room! Whilst this isn’t for everyone, there are A LOT of people out there that struggle with fear in one form or another and it’s crippling to your performance and enjoyment. Maybe you don’t like climbing in front of others, you’re too scared to on-sight at your limit, you don’t like falling off above the bolt, or you don’t want to experience failure.
If you have any of these common issues then physical training is not the key! By understanding how to manage fear climbing will become considerably less stressful and by default you’ll climb better. Breaking down these barriers could be the most monumental milestone in your climbing and it will totally change your relationship with the sport. We can address topics including:
