EXCELLENT Based on 62 reviews Posted on Andy SummersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Spent two days on scramble routes in Snowdonia with George to develop my skills for future treks/trips. Pre trip we discussed my current experience level, and what I hoped to improve achieve. George planned some excellent routes, testing and developing my abilities. He proved to be a supportive, knowledgeable, and not least patient guide/teacher. I would highly recommend: whether you are looking to improve your own skills, our just get out and about with someone who knows the area well.Posted on James LeverellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely unforgettable and amazing day out. Couldn't ask for a better guide, felt super safe at every point even when I was very much out of my comfortable zone! Can't wait to come back and would recommend to anyone who's thinking of pushing the boat out and testing themselves. Thanks George!Posted on Henry WoideTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. George was a brilliant instructor taking us up Tryfan and Bristly Ridge, the hiking, climbing and scrambling was hard but excellent. He kept us safe the whole time and roped up, getting two amateur climbers up the mountain. We had an awesome time and would highly recommend him for any mountaineering.Posted on JAKE LIUTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was one of the best and most beautiful climbing experiences of my life. I had the chance to climb one of the most stunning routes in the world, and George taught me so much about traditional climbing — from techniques to safety and mindset. He’s an incredibly professional, patient, and inspiring guide. Thank you so much, George, for making this unforgettable!Posted on Andrew MurrayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic day hiking in the Moelwyn Mountains with George. Amazing views and we really enjoyed visiting abandoned slate mines. Nice sheep tooPosted on K.T. He did a great job asking what we wanted out of the lessons, and ensuring we had a solid foundation to build upon. As a bonus, he also took some fantastic pictures since we were so busy trying to learn. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone wanting some personalized coaching, or fantastic guided experience.Posted on Rebecca KothmannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. George was absolutely awesome! All the communication was awesome and he went above and beyond to customize our session to my husband and I's needs. He asked us our goals for the coarse and perfectly met them, and more! He even checked the weather for all possible areas to try and give us the best/drying conditions possible, and was an expert at teaching and coaching us through skills and ensuring safety while learning. All I could have asked for, plus he is super friendly and fun!!Posted on Peter TownsendTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took my three grandsons on the rock climbing and abseiling above Barmouth with George last week. everything was perfect and the boys really loved the experience. Even grandad had a go at in and made it to the top a couple of times. George has got the whole thing cracked, from directions on how to get to the meeting point, and to explaining how to rope up, and belay. His instructions were clear and precise and easily understood. His attention to detail and safety on the rock is excellent. We all had a great time. On top of all that the weather was perfect (not always the case in North Wales) and the views over Barmouth Estuary were stunning from the top. This experience is something I would highly recommend, its testing but not too difficult. PeterPosted on Andrew BurtonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Grandad & Granddaughter experience. Well organised & good instruction. Slightly advanced for my 8 year old but she had a good attempt and will try again next time we visit.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
