We want to make you a better climber. Address your weaknesses, improve your mental game, gain confidence and break the next grade barrier. Many people think that getting strong is the answer but in reality this is the easy bit and most end up neglecting the (more) other important factors. Being strong is no good if you can’t utilise that strength confidently and efficiently. We can help you to:
- Identify your strengths and weaknesses
- Read a route for the onsight
- Identify and execute efficient movement patterns
- Know when to rest / push on
